Engages Zimtu Capital Corp.
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – (TheNewswire) – January 13, 2016 – Nevada Clean Magnesium, Inc. (TSXV:
NVM; Frankfurt-M1V; OTC Pink Sheets: MLYFF) (the “Company” or “NCM”) today announced that it has engaged Zimtu Capital
Corp. (“Zimtu”) of Vancouver, BC for corporate consulting services to NCM.
Zimtu is to provide business development, strategic planning, marketing, financial services, research and communication products
to the Company, as well as access to its co-operative marketing programs. The term of the contract is a monthly fee of $5,250
for 12 months.
